The 16 years old 5"11 beauty is originally from the province of Maimon, DR. She was signed within hours after her mother agent and director of Ossygeno Model Management Sandro Guzman sent some picture of her to some NY agencies and Elite Models was the first to respond. Very impressed with her beauty and eager to sign her right away without requesting any Polaroids or videos of her. Rosalba just finished high school and is on her way to New York city. We'll keep our eyes on this beauty, because we are sure she will take the modeling wold by storm!!
